            And,

            On page 13, section 111c, line 11, by striking, “July 1, 2021” and inserting, “December 1, 2020”

            And,

On page 29, section 601a, line 3, by striking the words, “child’s caseworker” and inserting the word, “department”;

And,

On page 33, line 41 after the period by inserting the following:

“The West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals is requested to review the Rules of Procedure for Child Abuse and Neglect Proceedings and the Rules of Professional Conduct specific to guardians ad litem.“
